Instructions and Help about Medicaid 3559 form

Oh, good morning everyone and welcome to IBM's first professional development workshop for 2017. I'm Lana Hunt, and I'm glad that you've all been able to join us today. I'm very excited for our first workshop of the new year. Diane, our IPM (Intake Manager), will be speaking on Medicaid eligibility and will be helping us understand the essentials of Medicaid. Diane is an expert in Medicaid, so I'm sure she will provide great information for us. There will also be a Q&A session at the end of her presentation. Just a few reminders regarding the PDW (Professional Development Workshop). This training has been approved for one Advocare external training credit for those of you who are case managers. In order to receive the attendance certificate, case managers will need to be logged on to the workshop for the duration of Diane's presentation, excluding the Q&A session. You should then submit the confirmation of attendance email that will come from publicrelations@gotoimc.com per the instructions to receive this credit. If for some reason you don't receive the certificate and you feel like you should have, please email customerservice@gotoimc.com so we can look into it and get that to you. Also, for all attendees and registrants, within two business days of today's training, a link to the training recording, the materials that Diane presents, and the Q&A session will be sent to everyone. This email will also be made available on our website at gotoimc.com and our social media sites as well. So, be on the lookout for that email within two business days of today. As always, we welcome and appreciate your feedback. A short survey will be launched immediately following the end of the workshop. We would appreciate you taking just a few minutes to answer those questions and provide us with feedback,...
